How do I redeem a coupon code?
Depending on the merchant, there are different places where to enter a coupon code. In some cases, the coupon code can be entered on the shopping cart page. Other times, the coupon code is entered on the order review page prior to checkout.

How do I redeem a linked coupon?
A linked coupon is a coupon that does not have an actual coupon code. If an offer does not have a coupon code simply click on the link to get your discount.

How do I know if a coupon code is working?
99% of the time the merchant will display the discount prior to you submitting your order. If you enter the coupon code and do not see the discount on the order review page, do not place the order. If the discount does not normally show up on the merchants order review page, we will note that in our coupon description.

How do I know if a linked coupon is working?
When you click on the link from our site, you will normally be taken to a page on the merchant's site describing the offer. Occasionally, the merchant will automatically apply the discount to your order. However, be sure the discount is applied to your purchase before you confirm the order.

Why doesn't the coupon work?
The coupon you clicked may have expired. If the expiration is listed as unknown, that means the coupon you are currently trying to use might have expired since the last time we verified the discount. It is also possible the online merchant pulled the coupon early. For various reasons, the online merchant might decide to end the offer prior to the expiration date. The merchants may also have modified the condition of the coupon. There are times when the response to the special offer is so large that the online merchant decides to modify the coupon, to either a smaller discount, or a larger minimum purchase requirement. 1CouponStop.com.com does not guarantee the accuracy of coupons or deals listed. We test all coupons and deals prior to posting them online; however, we do not have the capacity to verify every coupon and/or deal every day.

What do I do if a coupon does not work?
If a coupon on our site is not working, please contact us. Upon receiving your email, we will check the offer to verify if there was an error with the coupon code or if it has in fact expired. If the coupon has expired, keep checking our site. We update our site daily and as soon as we find another coupon or deal for that merchant, we will post it on our site.

How often do you check the coupons with unknown expiration?
Once each month, we go through every coupon with an unknown expiration to verify if it is still valid. With over 1000 coupons with unknown expiration, this task usually takes a few days to complete.

Why are certain links not working for me?
The blank page for certain links is probably caused by anti-ad / spyware / spam software which has put an entry into your hosts file to block certain domains. Do a search on your computer for a file named 'hosts', open it with notepad, then do a search for linksynergy, qksrv, or bfast and remove the related entries.
